I must admit, my choice of event at Cardiff was originally because of the Super Half's challenge and the fact I'll be there anyway.

But my mum had Dementia and when I signed up I thought she may or may not be with us by the time the event takes place. As it turned out I was right and she died in December 2025.

So it's a good opportunity to raise money to help people that are taken away from their loved ones by this disease.
